Every piece is made to order and takes two to three weeks to produce. Every shipment is fully insured and requires a signature. Anything that is not right can be returned within 7 days.

Shipments are sent via FedEx and UPS, insured and tracked.
Domestic shipping
Options for orders within the United States. Shipping time is counted from the day the finished piece leaves our studio, not from the day the order is placed.

Free standard shipping is applied automatically to domestic orders over $500 at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Made to order
Nothing in our collection is held in stock. Each piece is cast, set and finished only after the order is placed, in the metal, karat, size and diamond origin chosen at checkout. The piece that arrives was made for that order and no other.
- Production takes two to three weeks from the date your order is confirmed, before shipping time is added
- Every finished piece is inspected by us before it is packaged and dispatched
- Size, metal, karat and diamond origin are fixed once production begins and cannot be changed
- Orders placed after 12pm CST begin processing the following business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, with full tracking details
- During peak periods such as holidays, production may take slightly longer

Packaging & certification
Every order is presented in our signature packaging.
- All jewelry arrives in a gift box with our signature branding
- Each piece is individually cushioned and secured to prevent movement during transit
- Every diamond above melee size is bought already certified — GIA for natural diamonds, IGI for lab-grown. We do not source uncertified stones at those sizes
- Every one of those certificates travels with the piece. A ring set with twenty certified diamonds ships with twenty certificates
- Melee diamonds are not individually certified, which is standard practice for stones of that size
- Outer shipping boxes are plain and discreet for security purposes
Our packaging is reusable and recyclable.
Returns policy
Every piece is made to order, so returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect your piece as soon as it arrives.
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund
- Because every piece is cast and set specifically for your order, the return window is 7 days from delivery rather than the longer window common for stock jewelry
- Items must be undamaged and in their original condition
- All original packaging, certificates and documentation must be included
- Engraved and custom pieces cannot be returned. Once a piece carries your engraving or a bespoke specification it cannot be offered to anyone else
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene and sanitary reasons, unless they arrive faulty or damaged
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the return
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for it to appear.

Email 79thaveshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions.
Pack the item securely
Place the item in its original packaging including the gift box, every diamond certificate and all documentation. Pack it securely enough to survive transit.
Ship with a tracked service
Use a fully insured and tracked service. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund is processed within 7 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when it is issued.
Exchanges & resizing
Exchanges are accepted on eligible items within 7 days.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged items
- Rings with a plain section of band, such as solitaire and engagement rings, include one complimentary resize within 60 days of purchase
- Further resizes are charged at $75.00 to size down and $120.00 to size up
- Full eternity rings cannot be resized. Because the diamonds encircle the entire band there is no plain shank to cut, and the piece would have to be remade — please confirm your size before ordering
- Bracelets are made to a fixed length and cannot be resized
- Exchange requests for a higher value item will require payment of the price difference
- Exchange requests for a lower value item will be refunded the price difference
- Engraved pieces, custom commissions and earrings cannot be exchanged
- As every piece is made to order, an exchange begins a new production run of two to three weeks
