• Diamond carat weights, color grades, and clarity grades are approximate and may vary slightly
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
• Promotional prices and discounts are valid for the stated period only
• All products are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee stock levels

Every natural diamond we set is purchased from a supplier that warrants in writing, on every invoice, that its diamonds are conflict-free, and whose rough and polished diamonds comply with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. Lab-grown diamonds are created in a laboratory rather than mined and sit outside that supply chain entirely.

When you place an order with us you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed once you receive a written order confirmation from us via email.

• We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase
• All transactions are processed through secure, PCI DSS compliant payment gateways
• We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
• For custom or bespoke orders a non-refundable deposit may be required
• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun on custom pieces

We take great care in packaging and shipping all orders to ensure your fine jewelry arrives safely and in perfect condition. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

• Nothing is held in stock. Every piece is made to order and takes two to three weeks to produce, before shipping time is added
• Engraved and bespoke commissions may require additional production time, which we will confirm before the order is placed
• Shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer

All orders are shipped in our signature luxury packaging, fully insured for the total value of the contents.

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following returns and exchanges policy:

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all certificates and documentation
• Engraved and bespoke pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Being made to order does not by itself make a piece non-returnable; engraving or a bespoke specification does
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene and sanitary reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item

All of our fine jewelry is crafted to the highest standards and backed by our quality guarantee. We stand behind every creation we offer.

• All jewelry comes with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care
• Resizing, alterations or repairs carried out by a third party will void the warranty
• We recommend having your jewelry professionally cleaned and inspected every 6 to 12 months
• Diamonds and gemstones should be stored separately to prevent scratching
• Jewelry should be removed before swimming, exercising, or using household chemicals
