Our jewelry
Are your diamonds natural or lab-grown?
Both. Most designs can be made with either, and you choose when you order. Natural diamonds are chemically and optically identical to lab-grown diamonds; the difference is origin, not quality. Our guide on lab-grown versus natural diamonds covers how to decide.
Are your diamonds certified?
Center stones are certified by an independent gemological laboratory, with GIA for natural diamonds and IGI for lab-grown. Certification details for a specific piece are listed on its product page or available on request.
What gold do you use?
Every piece is made in solid 14K or 18K gold in yellow, white, or rose. We do not use gold plating or gold fill. You select the karat and color when you order.
What does made to order mean?
Nothing is mass produced or sitting in a warehouse. Each piece is manufactured after you order it, in the metal, diamond type, and size you choose. That is why our pieces show as available rather than carrying stock counts, and why production takes time rather than shipping the same day.
How long does my piece take?
Production time depends on the design and the options you select. Contact us before ordering if you need a piece by a specific date and we will confirm the current timeline for that design.
Ordering and sizing
How do I find my ring size?
Our ring size guide walks through measuring at home, including notes on wide bands, eternity rings, and sizing a surprise proposal ring.
Can my ring be resized later?
It depends on the design. Solitaires and rings with a plain shank can usually be adjusted. Eternity rings set with diamonds all the way around generally cannot be resized without rebuilding the band, so measure carefully before ordering one.
Can you make a custom piece?
Yes. If you have a design in mind, or want an existing piece adapted in a different carat weight, metal, or stone shape, send us the details and we will tell you what is possible.
Do you offer engraving?
Engraving is available on many designs. Ask before ordering so we can confirm it suits the piece you have chosen.
Shipping and returns
